Children
visited a farm on 3rd February and we had a discussion in class regarding
farm/domestic animals. They were asked to express themselves by drawing the
animal/bird which they liked the best in the farm.
All
of them unanimously decided to draw an Emu. Children were given Emu feathers
which were gathered in the farm. The feathers were then stuck on the Emu drawing.
It was interesting to see Emus in different shapes and sizes. Children had a
lot of fun sticking the feathers and decorating their Emus.
