Children of grade III did a Math activity based on lines of
symmetry during their Math class. Using art & craft they learned how symmetry
is important for us. They made a symmetrical lion face under the guidance of art
teacher Venkat Ramana and learned line of symmetry. Along with that they did
the craft work and created robot, house, boy, mountains etc.
Symmetry is everywhere in the nature and even in the man made
things. Without symmetry there will not be a perfect balance. Our faces are
beautiful example of symmetry; if it is not symmetrical how funny will we look !!!
