Students of grade V have learnt parts of a
'Circle' through an activity in class. They have made circles and divided them
equally by folding and they used thread to measure the 'Diameter' of all sides.
They learnt that half of the diameter is Radius and by dividing the Circle they
understood Minor Segment and Minor Sector. This activity gave an opportunity for
them to go through individual parts of the circle and understand the topic in a
better way.
