Eating
is considered as one of the most important parts of our everyday living. The
foods we eat are the single source of energy and nutrition. Through the
consumption of food, we can get a glimpse of a person’s lifestyle. At times, we
get confused over what to eat and what not to eat. So, a competition was
conducted for students to show us different kinds of healthy food we need to
eat.
Students
displayed many items: Wheat cake, Pancakes made without oil, Raw mango juice, etc.
The judges for the day were Ms. Aparna and Ms. Prasanthi who spoke about the importance
of healthy food — they went around, tasted all the food items and judged the
students.
