Oakridge International School‘s 6th Investiture
Ceremony took place on April 17th. It was a special event where the
new council members were appointed for the year 2013 – 14. The students
repeated the Oath after the Principal and were entrusted with their badges.
Parents of the council members took pride in joining us for the ceremony. Principal
thanked the guests for being a part of the event and laid particular emphasis
on the importance of parents being involved in the celebration of their
children’s achievements.
The Class Monitor’s and Representatives Ceremony were
also successfully conducted after the Investiture ceremony .It was a big day
for all the monitors. They felt very proud representing their respective
classes on stage. The class teachers handed over a set of values to each class
monitor with a hope that they would uphold that value and make the school
proud.
