Guest lecture conducted for grade VIII

Mr. Vasudeva rao (parent of grade 8 Oakridger Pavan Aniketh) addressed the students during the SDP period. He is a physical education trainer in MVGR College of Engineering. He is also a cricket selector for Vizainagram district cricket board.

Speaking to the students he emphasized on the need of nutrition and exercise so as to be healthy and have good personality. He advised students to include at least one fruit and milk in their diet. He showed some warming up exercises to be followed. The session was very interactive as the students clarified their queries regarding their health.
